9:00am- 9:15am: Check-In
9:15am- 10:15am: Yoga Class with Courtney Fox
11:00am – 11:30am: Breathwork- “Breath & Body Connection” with Colter Smith followed by a Manifest Your Dreams -Guided Meditation with Tricia Fishbune
11:30am- 12:30pm: Vikara Wellness Party with Music, Food, Wellness Vendors, Acro Yoga, Dance, FUN!
12:00pm: Raffle prize winners announced; Must be present to win.
