East Bowl Soft Opening Concert
Featuring The SunPunchers
About the Event
Scottsdale Civic Center has recently undergone a massive renovation, transforming the park into a unique destination for live arts and entertainment, and we need your help to work through any kinks in our operations before the grand opening of fall concerts. We invite you to enjoy a concert under the stars featuring Phoenix Magazine’s 2023 Best of the Valley, Best Local Band winner, The SunPunchers.
About The Sun Punchers
The SunPunchers deliver a signature desert roots sound, grounded in Americana but not afraid of a little genre-bending. The band features Betsy Gantz, Lindsay Cates, Megyn Neff, Jon Utter on percussion, Chris Norby on the keyboard and Jeff Taylor on steel pedal.
The SunPunchers have most recently shared the stage with Andrew Bird and Iron & Wine, along with many good friends from local bands—including Fatigo, The Blood Feud Family Singers, and Jim Bachmann.
